Cynosure Brewing

The feel

Cynosure is a Midtown Anchorage taproom that has crafted approachable ales and lagers since 2016. The room has open space and high ceilings, and the acoustics are soft and the atmosphere peaceful. Leather armchairs and a sofa invite you to settle in, and the seating is spaced out for privacy.

Local art hangs on the walls. The brew machines are in full view, and guests can walk around to look at them. A food truck is usually parked out front, and an outdoor patio is available when the weather suits.

Hours

Tuesday to Thursday 3pm to 8pm, Friday to Sunday 2pm to 8pm. Closed Monday.

Food and drink

Ales and lagers rooted in classic European styles. Food trucks make regular rounds at peak mealtimes.
