Anchorage Brewing Company
Anchorage
The feel
This is a working brewery that keeps changing its tap list, with no line of traditional core beers. Mixed culture sours, a coolship saison, West Coast IPA, double IPA and a Belgian style golden strong ale have all been on the board. Inside, large wooden beer barrels have seating built into them.
The beer garden has black metal fire pits shaped like wildlife, concrete benches, Adirondack chairs, picnic tables, a canopy and a stage. A metal staircase leads up to a rooftop patio with views of the Chugach Mountains. Dogs are welcome inside and out.
