King Street Brewing
Anchorage
The feel
King Street Brewing has brewed craft ales and lagers since 2010 and has sold them in Alaska since August 2011. The building is big, with three or four floors, a central winding staircase, and windows into the production area. Most people end up on the open-air rooftop.
The tasting room is on the second level and serves food during all open hours. There are board games on hand, and a dog-friendly patio sits on the first floor. The place is set up for families as well as beer drinkers.

Climb to the rooftop deck when you want the view, since that is where most people gather. Food is served for every open hour, so any visit time works for a meal.
