Deshka Landing

Willow

The feel

Deshka Landing is a gated private launch on the west bank of the Susitna, and it opens the entire lower Susitna and the Deshka to powerboats. The site covers about 41 acres, with a large ramp, a roughly 20-acre parking lot, a small store, fuel and indoor restrooms.

It is the big hub for lower-Susitna powerboaters, who run from here to the Deshka, the Yentna and Alexander Creek. Crowds are high.
