Lake is stocked by ADF&G and is located on Joint Base Elmendorf Richardson north of Anchorage.

Access

From Ft. Rich/Arctic Valley gate drive straight on "D" Street 2.2 miles. Turn right onto Otter Lake Road and continue 2.3 miles on the dirt road. Continue straight where the road turns into Route Bravo for 4.5 miles. Turn right at the three-way intersection onto Artillary Road (there is a sign that reads “To All Lakes?”). Follow road for 4.4 miles then turn left towards the lake (turn at sign that reads “Walden Lake”).
