Eagle River Nature Center
Eagle River
The feel
A log cabin nature center sits at Mile 12 of Eagle River Road, run by a small grass roots non-profit. The short Rodak Nature Trail is a loop with interpretive signs and benches that leads to a Beaver Viewing Deck and a Salmon Viewing Deck.
The Iditarod Trail and Crow Pass Trail run 23 miles from Girdwood to the Nature Center. The Albert Loop reaches the bank of Eagle River.
