Clear Creek float for rainbow trout, Arctic Grayling, and Dolly Varden
Talkeetna
The feel
This is a drop-off float trip from upper Clear Creek down to the confluence with the Talkeetna River, planned for 3-4 days. You fly in to the upper creek by helicopter, and the mouth is a common drop-off location for float trips. Grayling and rainbow trout are found throughout the creek and the lower Talkeetna River, and the season runs June to August.
