Talkeetna Lakes Park
Talkeetna
The feel
Wide skate and classic trails circle the lake system south of Talkeetna, with fishing docks and trails for hiking, biking and jogging. Singletrack and gravel make up the surface, and the network is rated easy to moderate.
In winter the same trails are groomed 20 feet wide for snowshoeing and cross-country skiing. The park is reached from the Comsat and Whigmi Road trailheads.
