Kincaid Park Singletrack
Anchorage
The feel
Kincaid Park spreads across 1,400 acres of rolling, forested hills, and 60 kilometers of interwoven trails run through them, nearly 20 kilometers of it lit. Mountain bikers share the park with hikers, walkers, joggers and dog walkers, and riders use the single-track system.
Moose and occasional black bears live in the park. Some of the steep goat-path trails run along a roughly 300-foot bluff above Turnagain Arm, and the archery range is off-limits.
