Pink Wild Rose Trail
The feel
This is a Universal Access Trail at Government Peak Recreation Area. The gravel surface meanders through boreal forest and over mountain streams, past towering fireweed, birch trees and prickly wild rose.
It descends to a picnic table at the bottom of Pioneer Loop, with expansive views of Pioneer Peak. The table has a checker and chess board with pieces, and two picnic tables on the route are wheelchair accessible.

- Turn left onto Edgerton Parks Road at mile 7 of the Palmer-Fishhook Road, then right on Mountain Trails Drive.
