Farm Road Trail
The feel
The Farm Road Trail strolls past open fields and patches of woods at Creamer's Field, with wildlife to watch for along the way. It is a flat loop that leads to the Chickadee Loop Nature Trail, and it suits families, children and pets.
Migrating sandhill cranes are among the sights. The paths have muddy sections and lots of mosquitoes. Viewing platforms in the refuge overlook migrating ducks, geese and cranes.
