The feel

A taproom just south of the Mitchell Expressway, off the Parks Highway at Peger Road, with indoor seating at tables that are first come, first served. The brewery was founded in 2018 in Fairbanks, and its flagship is the Aroma Dome IPA.

Food trucks rotate through, and you are also welcome to bring your own food. A flight is three 4oz pours. Trivia nights are a regular draw, and no pool tables or darts are allowed.

Indoor taproom at 3290 Peger Rd. STE B, just south of the Mitchell Expressway. Tables are first come, first served.

Mon-Thu 3-8pm, Fri 3-9pm, Sat noon-8pm, closed Sunday.

Food and drink

Food trucks rotate through, and outside food is also welcome; Tuesday and Saturday are bring-your-own days. A flight is three 4oz pours. Each visitor may take up to 5.167 gallons of beer to-go per day.

Music and events

Regular trivia nights. Alaska law limits a brewery taproom to a maximum of four live ticketed events per license per year.

Season and access

Closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas Day and New Year's Day. All customers must be off the premises by 9:30PM under Alaska state law.

Pick a Saturday for the longest day, noon to 8pm. Saturday also lets you carry in a meal from elsewhere.
