Ivory Jack's

Fairbanks

The feel

Ivory Jack's is a Goldstream Valley roadhouse restaurant and bar at 2581 Goldstream Rd, a long running local favorite for burgers and beer near UAF. The walls are covered with odd clippings, news stories and Yankees memorabilia, and the owner is a diehard Yankees fan.

The menu is casual pub food: burgers, sandwiches, fish and chips and nachos, plus cuts of meat and fresh Alaska seafood. Local and Alaskan beers are on tap, with a good bottled selection and an attached liquor store. Live music is fairly regular, and the bar can get busy.
