HooDoo Brewing Co.
Fairbanks
The feel
HooDoo is the Interior's anchor craft brewery, pouring German style beer from a Fox Avenue taproom right in the middle of Fairbanks. It is a small-batch brewery named after the rugged HooDoo Mountains, and the taproom opened on Halloween 2012.
The beer list runs across classic English, German, Belgian and American styles. The Kölsch and the American IPA are the best known, along with the seasonal releases. A rotating lineup of local food trucks parks just outside the patio.
