Crevasse Moraine Trails
The feel
The trails wind over ridges and depressions left behind by glaciers, in forested loops. The loops range from novice to expert depending on the sport, and they connect to the larger Matanuska Greenbelt.
In summer people hike, bike, run and ride horses. With ample snow in winter the trails are groomed for cross-country skiing, most loops for both classic and skate. A steep sledding hill sits near the lower parking lot.
