Taku Lake (Anchorage)

The feel

Taku Lake is the most accessible midtown stocker, with a dock steps from the Campbell Creek bike trail. The park sits off C Street near 76th, with paved parking, and the lake itself is 11.9 acres with plentiful shore fishing, so you do not need a boat. It sits on Campbell Creek and draws high crowds. Rainbow trout, landlocked salmon and Arctic grayling are stocked.
