Romig Cabin
Cooper Landing
The feel
Romig Cabin is a 16 x 16-foot log cabin in spruce and birch forest, set back from the southern shore of Juneau Lake at 1,300 feet. Willow and spruce close in around it, and it looks out over the lake and the mountains beyond.
The cabin sits on the Resurrection Pass Trail, 9 miles from the south trailhead, so every guest arrives on foot, bike, skis, horseback or by floatplane. A canoe with paddles is provided for the lake, where rainbow trout, whitefish, burbot and grayling swim.
