Time your trip for the fishing season, when the bank access at the river confluence pays off. Fish from the bank, since the access there is improved.
Before you go
- Drive Funny River Road from the Sterling Highway for 12 miles to Piper Place.
- Bring about $20 for the campsite and $5 for parking.
- Keep your camp within the 7 day limit.
