- Little Susitna has multiple access points. It is located at mile 57.0 on the Parks Highway. The Little Su public Use Facility is east of Wasilla on Knik Goose Bay Rd, turn onto Pt MacKenzie Rd, take right at T, then follow signs to boat launch. The LSUPUF is operated by Fish and Game.

What it is like
Little Susitna River king salmon fishery (May-July 13). Open from its mouth upstream to the Parks Hwy (70 river miles), most anglers access this fishery from the Little Susitna Public Use Facility off Pt. MacKenzie Rd. Back trolling is common. Bank fishing also occurs closer to the facility. This fishery in recent years has been frequently restricted by inseason management actions.
