Palmer Brewing Company
Palmer
The feel
Palmer Brewing opened in December 2025 in the old Arkose building, in Palmer's Industrial Park. The beer leans toward traditional lagers, including old-world styles, with ales from classic craft to bolder modern styles, plus seasonal, small-batch and barrel-aged beers.
The taproom runs 16 taps, and the taproom-exclusive beers and classics come on draft, in cans, or in kegs to go. A Bavarian-style Hefeweizen and a Czech Pilsner get mentioned by visitors.
