Running Reindeer Ranch
Fairbanks
The feel
You walk with a guide through a birch forest while the reindeer roam freely alongside the group. About nine live on the ranch. They are tame but not trained, so sometimes they take a route nobody planned. The trail has numerous benches along the way, though the terrain is uneven.
The walk lasts an hour, and the whole visit runs 2 to 2.5 hours.
