Eagle Rock boat launch (lower Kenai)
Kenai
The feel
Eagle Rock is the lower-river launch that feeds Kenai's famous July dipnet run. It is a boat launch with restrooms and water, off Eagle Rock Place near the Kenai Spur Highway. There is no camping.
It is the closest ramp to the dipnet zone after the city docks, so it is mobbed in mid-July. Anglers fish from the bank, with spinning gear or with dipnets.
