Surf cast off the beach or work the Flats on a flooding tide. No defined lane here, fish are still milling, so cover water instead of camping a seam.

City of Kenai dock: FREE for private use outside the dipnet season, $38.59 launch plus parking 10 to 31 July. Kenai Flats SRS is free day use.
