Girdwood Valley Trail

The feel

A paved, lighted multi-use trail runs between the Seward Highway and Hotel Alyeska, in Girdwood, linking the ski town with Alyeska, Old Girdwood and New Girdwood. It is a gentle, easy and casual ride that suits families, and it is scenic. The lower end connects to the Girdwood-to-Indian bike path near the Alaska Railroad depot, and a paved spur runs from Hightower to the school.
