The feel

The Duck Inn is a bar and restaurant at 43187 Kalifornsky Beach Rd in Soldotna, with a full bar, billiards tables and a bookable multi-sport golf simulator. The food is American comfort cooking in hearty portions, such as halibut fish and chips, Buffalo chicken strips and house-made pies.

The week has a rhythm. Trivia runs Tuesdays with weekly themes, karaoke takes over the Lounge on Thursdays, and Monday Night Football fills six TVs. There is also an on-site motel.

Hours

Lounge Monday to Thursday 11am to midnight, Friday and Saturday 11am to 1am, Sunday 9am to midnight. Cafe and kitchen Sunday to Thursday 10am to 9pm, Friday and Saturday 10am to 10pm, with appetizers until 11pm. These are winter hours.

Food and drink

Comfort food, a full bar, and a taco bar on Monday Night Football.

Music and events

Trivia Tuesdays 6:30 to 9PM with a $100 first-place prize and drink chips. Karaoke Thursdays from 9PM. Monday Night Football has beer and drink specials. Event listings are marked 21+.
